This course taught by professors Jonathan Esteve Lanao and Jorge Ortega, aims at introducing us to the exciting world of triathlon. We will develop contents related to the initiation of children in this sport, where students will obtain the tools to perform in formative schools. We will also explain the regulatory issues and the first triathlon segment, swimming, will be discussed in depth. Limiting and determining factors in triathlon will also be addressed, referring to each particular modality. This training course is held by highly qualified instructors who will provide us with all their knowledge and experience through the different communication channels provided by the IEG platform.
